Johnson Cattle Company, (formerly Crooked Horn Farm) established in 1997, is striving to produce quality Longhorns and continue their proud heritage. We're located just 30 minutes South of the "Gateway to the West", St. Louis, Missouri.

Prior to 1997, we purchased some ropers for Team Roping practice sessions. Our interest in the breed grew, and we purchased some foundation cows.

From the start, our focus has been on quality not quantity. Our goal is to produce livestock with long horns, conformation, color, and disposition along with the other great traits of the breed.

We specialize in seed stock that should fit into any breeder's program. We love to blend our genetics at Crooked Horn Farm, and we're always looking for better animals to put in our program to produce the best quality Longhorn we can.

Delta Floral Our family loves Texas Longhorns and the great people associated with them. We've met a lot of folks as we've traveled across the United States who share our interest in Texas Longhorns.

This year I was honored to be elected the Vice President of the Prarie Longhorn Association. We have a tremendous group of people in our Association.

One of our basic goals is to promote the Texas Longhorn breed and its heritage. I encourage everyone to become involved in their local Associations. They provide members with the chance to get to know other breeders, share their knowledge, and to learn.
