Welcome Longhorn Fanciers!

We are Curtis and Kathy Elburn. We hope you enjoy this glimpse of our little herd of longhorns here in north central Indiana.

What started as a small hobby has now become our obsession. It is so exciting to be able to cross these beautiful and unique individuals with some of the best bulls in the country. AI'ing and careful selection of genetics is the key to continuing to develop and improve our cattle for the future.

These are a few choice cattle from the Rafter E herd.

Senaboom is a great example of our foundation cows. She is a 1,200 lb., solid grulla with big horn and is as gentle as they come. She has produced some of our best, including our junior herd sire and last year's twins.

This cow is the top of the line. Gee She's A Hot Shot has over 62" tip to tip at 2 1/2 years old and has a very pretty "look a like" heifer.

Hang Ten 339 is a prime example of the type of Longhorn our Hangover bull is producing: wonderful conformation, size, color, and fantastic horn!

This is our senior herd sire, Hangover. He has over 60" at three years old.
