Our Ranch was founded in 1879 by my Great Grandfather. It is still in the same location, but has had some evolution.
We first started with Horned Herefords, then Polled Herefords. Next came the Angus bulls for the F1 cross "Baldies". Now we are primarily Angus. So, our family's main source of income has been from cattle for a long, long time.
In 2005 , we started a little Longhorn herd. My wife and I just flat love them! What a beautiful animal.
We are using the semen of Rebel Red, Superman, Cowboy Man, Shadowizm and many others.
REBEL RED was the longest Horned bull at the TLBAA Horn Showcase in 1999 and 2000. His sire is 15/16 Butler and his dam is a blend of Texas Ranger JP, WR and Butler.
SUPERMAN was #1 of the TOP 16 ALL-AGE TOTAL HORN SCORE, as reported in the Texas Longhorn Journal. He was the only one who did not have any Butler blood to create that horn. Superman's most famous son is "Super Bowl". His semen has been shipped all over the world.
SHADOWIZM has produced several male and female over 70" prodigy. He is Brindle in color, over 70", and a Leading Sire.
